Retrieve the rolling power forecast

get https://api.amberflow.io/api/v1/bidding-zones/{bidding_zone_id}/data/rolling-forecast

Fetches the rolling power forecast for the given interval. If no start and end time are provided, the forecast for the next 24 hours is returned.
